Customer Insight:

ā€œWe were set on importing materials until Mada showed us we didn’t need to. They gave us confidence—without compromise.ā€

Project Overview

The U.S. Embassy project in Riyadh demanded a flawless balance of international standards, certified materials, and local efficiency. With high-security specifications and zero tolerance for compromise, the project required not just a supplier—but a committed partner.

Why Mada?

The project originally specified imported drywall systems from Gyprock and USG. The contractor approached Mada only for trim accessories—but once we reviewed the specs, we saw an opportunity to offer a complete, compliant, and locally supplied system.

That’s when trust began to build.

The Challenge

    • Strict Specifications – All systems were pre-approved from overseas manufacturers.
    • Lead Time Concerns – The contractor needed faster material delivery, but without sacrificing quality.
    • Fire & Acoustic Certification – The client required UL-certified systems rather than Intertek.
    • Complex Head Details – Special coordination was needed for head deflection and acoustic performance.

Our Solution

Mada stepped in with more than just product—we delivered a complete technical solution:

  • Developed project shop drawings in coordination with Mada’s production teams.
  • Matched the specifications and performance of the originally approved system.
  • Provided UL-certified Mada Plus Partition Systems for fire and acoustic requirements.
  • Supported with on-site mockups, inspections, and engineering discussions.
  • Maintained continuous follow-up and transparent communication with all stakeholders.

Why the Client Trusted Mada

āœ” Mockups That Spoke for Themselves – Real-world validation of quality and performance.
āœ” Collaborative Approach – On-site engagement with contractors, installers, and clients.
āœ” Documentation Ready – Compliance sheets, UL certification, and performance data provided upfront.

āœ” Faster Delivery –Locally sourced system meant shorter lead times without compromise.

The Client said: ā€œI thought we’d end up compromising to save time. But with Mada, we didn’t compromise at all.ā€

Systems Supplied

  • Mada Plus Partition System
  • 40,000 m² delivered so far
  • 100,000 m² in pipeline

The Result

he project moved from a limited trim accessory request to a full-system local supply.

The client started with doubt—local systems weren’t even on the table. But by the end, they saw in Mada not just a match, but an upgrade.

They praised Mada’s hands-on presence and readiness at every stage.

This wasn’t just supply—it was leadership in action. Mada turned a minor role into a major success.
