Case Study

Aramco Stadium — Interior Wall & Ceiling Systems

Al Khobar, KSA

Project Overview

Contractor: Al Bawani & Al Hani SBJV

The Challenge

Aramco Stadium required interior systems that could meet high traffic demands, strict acoustic control, and rigorous fire and safety regulations, while managing complex interfaces under a fast-track schedule. As a flagship public venue, the systems needed to perform not just at handover, but through years of sustained heavy use.

Our Solution

Mada delivered engineered wall and ceiling systems built for a high-traffic, fast-track venue:

  • Specified impact-resistant assemblies to withstand sustained high traffic
  • Engineered fire-rated assemblies to meet stadium life-safety requirements
  • Provided early technical coordination to resolve complex interfaces before they reached the program’s critical path

The Outcome

Fast-track execution was achieved without compromising performance, delivering durable, compliant interiors built to withstand intensive use over time. Scope delivered totals approximately 18,000 m² of partitions, 8,000 m² of ceilings, and 16,000 m² of ProGuard.

Why It Matters

For Al Bawani & Al Hani, this meant interior systems that could go in fast without sacrificing the acoustic, fire, and durability performance a major public venue depends on — keeping a high-visibility, fast-track program on schedule.
