  • ProGuard™ Glassmat Sheathing Deployed for the first time in the region on a high-rise, ProGuard replaced heavier concrete systems. Lightweight, durable, and mold-resistant, it delivered excellent fire and acoustic performance with visual versatility.
  • Advanced Structural Design The 21-meter Feature Wall was built using Mada drywall systems—backed by meticulous analysis and design software to ensure strength without compromising elegance.
  • Precision Steel Framing In the parking cladding system, Mada engineered a steel structure using STADD software to manage wind pressures point-by-point—ensuring zero compromise in structural integrity.
  • Interior Excellence Mada supplied fire-rated and moisture-resistant plasterboard systems that elevated both safety and style, while meeting all regional certifications and green building standards.

  • Curved 10.5-meter exterior atrium walls that had to withstand wind loads and maintain architectural flow.
  • A towering 21-meter Feature Wall that required lightweight yet strong structural support.
  • Steel backing behind GRC panels in the parking area engineered to handle extreme wind pressure (1.23 kPa).
  • Aesthetic and fire-rated interior partitions and ceilings across over 80 floors.
